VBS happened this week at The GBC, nothing cool like that avail when I was of VBS age..
Christ said to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:28-31). I don’t see any footnotes that say “but not if your neighbor is gay, an immigrant, a democrat/republican, Islamic, etc..”

Simon Sinek is an inspirational author/speaker who blows my mind with his concepts..they are so clearly defined that you’ll feel somewhat stupid that you didn’t see things that way before. Simon rules!
Both Simon and Seth Godin have discussed the Limbic Brain and how it works/what it affects. This has made me want to dive in and learn all I can about it and how it applies to marketing. I listened to a lecture online from a Doctor and was on 10 about it.
I understand how some believers end up wanting nothing to do with church anymore. I’m not saying I support the decision, I’m saying I understand where they are coming from. ‘christians’ can be worse than ‘the world’ in their treatment of others…

How much are we spending each day in Afghanistan? We attacked because they were ‘harboring terrorist’ and the Taliban needed ousted. Well, the terrorist seem to have relocated to places like Pakistan, the Taliban is still loosly intact..and the USA is still there..spending money that our country needs. I think it’s bogus…and if you think Toby Keith is a great American and not a great marketer, you likely are offended by me saying that.
Integrity Music is the largest provider of worship music on the planet. I work for them on most every release. It’s a privilege.

I don’t hate Indiana..but I still don’t feel like this is where I’m supposed to be for the rest of my life…Heather and the kids love it here.. so as someone who loves them fiercely..I’m here too :-).
