Revenge…

Sorry if I’m stuck on a subject for 2 days with my postings. I just think this video is a great follow-up and companion to the one I posted in the blog titled “Anger”…This one is my favorite…and I just have a feeling it’s what someone reading may need to hear today.

Revenge is a scary thing. Forgiveness is key because when we forgive are we letting our debtor free or are we really setting ourself free?

    Jamie, this is my first time responding to this..but, what really got me to thinking about revenge was a Japanese story of a man who had paid his former lover back for every dishonest thing she did to him. He got power, and then when her situation was out of control, he took it upon himself to slaughter her in her weakness. A young boy was watching the whole thing take place and commented..’he now has his justice.’ The hero of the story responded back..I don’t see justice, just more suffering. What we call justice promotes suffering.
